Help
You'll find answers to common questions under Settings → Help, so you can look something up without leaving the app.
Finding an answer
Questions are grouped by topic: General, Idling, Card Farming, Achievements, Subscription and Error messages. Click a question to show its answer, and click it again to hide it.
To jump straight to an answer, type in the search bar at the top. Close matches count, so a typo or different wording still finds it. Results are listed best match first, rather than by topic.
Some answers end with a Learn more link to the matching page here in the docs, for the full details.
The questions and answers are in English only, whichever language the app is set to.
Troubleshooting
If your question isn't covered, click Troubleshooting next to the search bar to open the Troubleshooting page, which goes into much more detail on fixing common problems. The full FAQ is here in the docs too.
